Meet Gary Das - Founder of Systemise & Scale (SAS)

I’ve been in financial services since 2004. In that time, I’ve built multiple 7-figure businesses, generated over £20M in revenue, and built both self-employed and employed adviser models.

But it hasn’t all been success.

For my first 10 years in business up to 2015, I worked long hours, worked 6 day weeks, missed family moments, and built a business that couldn’t run without me. I hated the brokerage.

In 2016, I started all over again, I rebuilt with a self-employed model that gave me more freedom. It worked, but I was still tied to the day-to-day. Then in 2022, after losing my mum, I realised something:


I wanted a business that could grow without me.

In 2023 I built an employed team alongside my existing self-employed advisers.

In 2024, we introduced Active CRM, I systemised everything. So that in 2025, my brokerage runs and grows without my daily involvement.

Now, that’s exactly what we help our SAS clients do.
